15th - 22nd October 2019.
Andalucia in the late summer and early autumn puts on a glorious display. This course will allow participants to explore, using watercolour, indigenous flowers and fruits as they change from their summer to autumn plumage..

2020

For 2020, we will have two different courses running concurrently for each set of dates, and guests will be able to get together over meals and a drink to share stories about their respective days.

Limited places - 5 guests on each course.

We are also introducing a series of long-weekend courses for small groups of guests.

Visits to markets to buy the freshest local produce, plenty of time in the kitchen working up exciting recipes based on very traditional Andalucian dishes, and the sheer pleasure of eating and drinking great food and local wine in a shaded courtyard.

“I ate so well, learnt so many new dishes, made new friends and laughed so hard. It was a truly memorable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.”
