This is not a booking confirmation. Once we receive your completed reservation form, we will send you a breakdown of the costs. A deposit of 40% of the total cost will then become payable to confirm your reservation. The balance will be due no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your course. Your confirmation email will include a link to our secure online payment page where all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Once we have received your deposit payment, your booking will be confirmed in writing. We will then send you additional information about your course, any equipment you might need and a more details itinerary. We will also ask you to inform us of any dietary requirements.
Room allocation: All participants will be allocated a private twin or double room with ensuite bathroom. Accompanying partners and/or friends will be allocated the same room as the course participant. 5 of the rooms are suites with mezzanine galleries and additional beds, so can accommodate between 2 and 4 people in total. Although we will do our best to meet every specific request, rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The accommodation is accessible and there is a lift to the bedrooms. One bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Access to the roof terrace and one of the workshop/studios is not available for wheelchair users.
