CULTURAL AND CREATIVE HOLIDAYS IN RURAL ANDALUCIA
Delve deep into the heart of rural Spain and discover a new and stimulating world
Immersive Cultural and Creative Course Holidays tightly woven into the culture, landscapes, art, music, food, history and people of Moclín, a beautiful Andalucian village perched on the top of a mountain.
2024 CREATIVE COURSES
Now in our 5th year, we have developed our latest programme of seven cultural and creative course weeks and weekends, drawing inspiration from the landscapes, art, music, culture and people of the area in which we operate. In May, our season begins with two very popular courses: Abstract Acrylic Landscapes paired with Creating Mosaic Art. In June we immerse ourselves in Flamenco: Dance, Music and History. Then, in September, we have Children’s Book Creation paired with Andalucian Cookery. Each course has elements designed to incorporate the village and provide our guests with unique access to a traditional Andalucian way of life.
Also this year, in July, we have two long-weekend courses: An Introduction to Botanical Watercolours and Calligraphy and the Art of Geometric Design
The philosophy behind our creative courses remains the same: they are not retreats, they are inspired by the rich history and culture of our surroundings and we encourage our guests to explore, experience and enjoy all aspects of this stunning Andalucian village.

“Food: oh, here I can write a lot as the cuisine by the owners Ian and Andrew was FANTASTIC! Every meal we had was from some local cooking book, fresh salads, fish, home-made cakes and ice cream! Amazing!”
